RETURNS

We do not issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault present at the time of receipt.

In the unlikely event of receiving an item with a manufacturing fault, our studio will need to be notified via CHUNGFIONN@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that naturally occurring variances in our Pearls or Gemstones are not considered manufacturing faults.

EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully as we do not offer earrings exchanges for hygiene reasons.

We can offer a credit note for all other items, excluding earrings, within 14 days of your order date.

Please note the terms of the accepted changes are:

·      Items must be returned in original condition, unused and unworn.

·      All Jewellery boxes and pouches must also be returned in their original condition and unused.
